Payment is the sole responsibility of the client and is paid when the services are rendered. Payments may be made by cash, check, debit or credit cards.

RATE

• Regular Session Rate $125.00 per 50 minute session
• Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis

INSURANCE

• Verify coverage carefully before your first appointment
• Suzie is an out-of-network provider
• Willing to assist you in filing the necessary forms with your insurance company
